How It Works

The ShRE Process

Step 1

The Discovery Meeting

This is our opportunity to discover your goals in selling your home, learn everything about your current property and discuss what to expect in the coming weeks as we work closely together. We will have an in-depth discussion on the current market, including a review of recent comparable sales. We will also discuss any recommendations to improve the salability of the property and how to market it appropriately. This meeting can happen up to six months before the desired sale date in the event you feel your property requires updating, which our team can also help with. We’re happy to be your resource for all things home-related!

Step 2

The Listing of Your Property

Your property is about to go live on the market! To make it as attractive as possible, we offer professional photography, which can include drone footage and 3-D walkthroughs along with a thorough overview of the property’s features. Next, we begin to share your home with the world via social media, website promotion, and listing on the MLS and 300+ syndicated sites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia.

In the days before listing the property, our team leverages our massive network of buyers agents in the area who represent and advise pre-qualified buyers searching for a home like yours. This is a critical step, as some of our best transactions can occur “off-market” which allows for a more exclusive and targeted approach to potential buyers who are looking for a property with specific features. All showings will be set up and catered around your life schedule. You control the process.

The Offers and Negotiation

Every offer you will receive is unique, and it is our responsibility to analyze each offer, vet each buyer, and help you get you the absolute best price and terms possible. We will also carefully review each contract to confirm you will be fully protected, financially and legally, throughout the transaction.

It is our responsibility to work with the seller’s agent to get you the absolute best price possible. In any negotiation, knowledge is leverage, and our in-depth experience and continuous education allow us to always have the upper hand.

In the case of multiple offers, we present all offers and terms on a spreadsheet, so that we as a selling team, can choose the best offer for your property.

The Final Offer

You’ve selected an offer! At this point, we plan our next steps, including Back Up Offers, Inspections, Appraisals, and Timelines. We will make sure that everything is in order so that you can have a smooth and hassle-free closing.
